A governmental center affiliated with the Al-Sabah Specialized Medical District, which is affiliated with the Ministry of Health in the State of Kuwait. In 2015, the center became independent from the Kuwait Center for Mental Health to become an independent rehabilitation center, providing its services free of charge to Kuwaitis and those deemed eligible. Expatriates, however, are subject to a nominal fee in accordance with the health insurance laws in Kuwait.
